We want you to be happy with your purchase from CYN STUDIO.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, sale, and gift card purchases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
